About the Role

The position reports to the Talent Acquisition Lead and supports recruitment activities across the region, while also lending support to other jurisdictions as needed. The TA Specialist’s responsibilities feed into our objective of delivering a superior TA experience, and will collaborate with colleagues on deploying key recruitment and branding programs to enhance performance of the function. Primary responsibilities include:

 

  • Work with stakeholders to determine hiring needs and selection criteria.
  • Full life-cycle recruitment from sourcing to screening, scheduling interviews and offer management.
  • Prioritise and proactively manage requisition volume to deliver a superior TA experience for internal clients and candidates.
  • Develop candidate pipelines for business groups from initial outreach, to application and hire.
  • Seek out market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction and sourcing methodologies.
  • Provide regular reporting updates to the business and stakeholder groups on recruitment efforts.
  • Work with cross-functional team members to implement TA projects, including career fairs referral programs, EVP development, and technology infrastructure.

  

What You Bring

In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:

 

  • Ideally 5+ years’ experience in a recruitment agency or corporate Talent Acquisition function
  • Proven success of sourcing passive candidates in local and overseas markets on social media, including Linkedin, and other platforms
  • Experience working with the candidates within the financial services industry is preferred, but not essential
  • Experience of working with recruitment data and reporting within an Application Tracking System ('ATS')
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and composure when dealing with stakeholders at every level of the organisation.
  • General knowledge of relevant labor laws in Cayman is advantageous
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is preferred
  • Proactive with excellent organisational skills, possessing strong attention to detail and be able to manage own time effectively.
