About the Role
This role represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced funds lawyer or corporate lawyer with international deal experience to join our market-leading investment funds team in the Cayman Islands. The team is highly collegiate and the successful candidate will enjoy a supportive team environment and unrivalled exposure to quality transactions.
The team represents and advises sponsors on a range of fund related matters, including but not limited to fund formation, establishment of governance and carry vehicles, operational and compliance matters during a fund's lifecycle, portfolio holding and acquisition structures, restructurings and fund end of life and liquidity solutions. Given the global reach of our clients there is plenty of opportunity to collaborate with the other offices and business units within the Maples Group.
