Position: Corporate Administrator    
Location: Hong Kong

About the Role   
The Corporate Administrator under the supervision of the Vice President will be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of varied clients where the Maples Group is providing the corporate services to Hong Kong companies.     
      
Primary responsibilities include:    
  • Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties for Hong Kong companies
  • Prepare documents for incorporation and on-going annual compliance of Hong Kong companies
  • File minute book records
  • Handle invoices and follow up payment
  • Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned
What You Bring    
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:    
  • Degree holder or above in Corporate Governance or related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in company secretarial practice, including experience in CPA firm, Professional firm or Law firm
  • Responsible, Independent in work; pro-active and attentive to details
  • Polite with good customer servicing skills
  • Excellent communication skills as well as both verbal and written English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
